What we collect from TikTok
- Basic profile (open ID, display name, avatar) – to show which account is connected.
- Access and refresh tokens – to upload drafts on your behalf.
- Your own videos' public metadata and statistics (title, link, view, like, comment and share counts) – to decide which story series to schedule next.
We do not collect your password, messages, followers' data or any data about other TikTok users.
How we use it
Only to operate ShortFlow for the creator who connected the account: uploading scheduled episodes as drafts, confirming upload status, and ranking our own series by performance. We do not sell, rent or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on the creator's own computer or private server running ShortFlow. Tokens are kept in a local configuration file that is never published. Video files are downloaded temporarily for checking and uploading, then deleted.
How long we keep it
Tokens are kept until you disconnect ShortFlow; then they are deleted. Upload history (which episode was sent and when) is kept so episodes are never posted twice.
Your choices
You can revoke ShortFlow's access at any time in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions), and you can ask us to delete all stored data by emailing huyduc2712@gmail.com.
Children
ShortFlow is a creator tool and is not intended for use by children.
